IRTS officer Purushottam Kumar appointed OSD, MEA
Purushottam Kumar, who is presently working as Joint Director (Traffic), Railway Board, has been selected for deputation to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) for a period of two years. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
