Five IPS officers have been given new assignments in HP. Ms Rani Bindu has been appointed as IGP (Crime), Shimla, while Dr D K Chaudary is posted as Principal, Police Training College, Daroh, Kangra and Ms Soumya Sambasivan takes over as DIGP (Northern Range), Dharamshala. Besides, Rahul Nath will take charge as DIGP (Central Range), Mandi and Arvind Chaudhary is shifted as SP (Leave Reserve), PHQ, Shimla.
